Northern Arizona Youth Lacrosse

ROOTED HERE. GROWING TOGETHER.

BUILT FOR THE KIDS
WHO CALL THIS HOME.

Founded in 2026, Northern Arizona Youth Lacrosse (NAYL) is a nonprofit organization created to give children and families across Northern Arizona more opportunities to experience the game of lacrosse in a positive, welcoming, and community-driven environment. We believe youth sports can shape lives far beyond the field by building confidence, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and connection.

At NAYL, our mission is to foster youth development through inclusive recreational boys’ and girls’ lacrosse. We are committed to creating a recreation-first experience where kids of all backgrounds can learn the game, grow their skills, and feel like they belong. We believe athletics should be a place where young people are encouraged, challenged, supported, and inspired—both as players and as people.

More than anything, NAYL exists to serve Northern Arizona families and help grow a stronger future for youth sports in our region. By creating new pathways into lacrosse and building a culture rooted in sportsmanship, inclusion, and community, we hope to give more kids the chance to play, grow, and be part of something meaningful.

We are always looking to involve more parents, coaches, and lacrosse enthusiasts and can use all the help that we can get as we begin to grow the game in Northern Arizona.
