Ways to help
CHOOSE YOUR LANE.
Lacrosse experience helps in some roles. Organization, patience, communication, and a welcoming attitude matter everywhere.
Head or assistant coach
Lead or support age-appropriate practices and help players build fundamentals.
Team support
Help with equipment, attendance, family communication, and practice logistics.
Play day volunteer
Set up fields, welcome families, support food and equipment, or help the event run smoothly.
Community connector
Introduce NAYL to schools, fields, local partners, sponsors, and families.
