HELP GROW THE GAME

Youth lacrosse players and volunteer coaches at a Northern Arizona clinic

Help a young player find confidence

THERE’S A ROLE
FOR YOU.

Coaches, parents, and community volunteers make local lacrosse possible. You can help on the field, behind the scenes, or at one event at a time.

Ways to help

CHOOSE YOUR LANE.

Lacrosse experience helps in some roles. Organization, patience, communication, and a welcoming attitude matter everywhere.

Head or assistant coach

Lead or support age-appropriate practices and help players build fundamentals.

Team support

Help with equipment, attendance, family communication, and practice logistics.

Play day volunteer

Set up fields, welcome families, support food and equipment, or help the event run smoothly.

Community connector

Introduce NAYL to schools, fields, local partners, sponsors, and families.

What to expect

A CLEAR NEXT STEP.

1

Tell us about yourself

Share your community, interests, experience, and general availability.

2

Talk with NAYL

We will discuss current openings, the age group, time commitment, and role requirements.

3

Complete requirements

Coaching and youth-facing roles may require training, membership, or screening before participation. NAYL will confirm what applies.

4

Meet your team

Connect with the program director and get the schedule, resources, and support for your role.

A helpful first conversation

TELL US HOW YOU’D LIKE TO HELP.

You do not need every answer. A few details will help NAYL connect you with the right community and role.

This opens your email app with the details filled in so you can review them before sending.
