Before your first practice
- Complete registration and review the team’s participation requirements.
- Confirm your practice time and field with your coach.
- Bring water, athletic clothing, and suitable shoes.
- Ask your coach which loaner equipment you’ll use before purchasing gear.
Learning the game
Developmental practices introduce stick control, passing, catching, ground balls, shooting, movement, and teamwork. Your coach will adapt activities to the group’s age and experience.
